Position Summary

The Manager, Global Cloud Platform Marketing is responsible for implementing and managing the global marketing cloud platform. This position is the primary project owner and manager of the platform along with managing any users, designers, etc. who use the platform along with all related aspects of the marketing cloud platform. Along with the management of the cloud platform, this position is responsible for the overall management of the email asset/s and best practices to drive business results, deliver deep insights and recommendations based on a strong understanding of the marketing platform. This role will sit on the Corporate Marketing team and will regularly interface cross departmentally to support global programs, initiatives, events, etc. to help bring digital experiences to life and to support the goals of Sunrider International in recruiting, retention and revenue.

Position Accountabilities

The following are essential accountabilities:

  • Serve as subject matter expert in Global Marketing Cloud (GMC), delivering advice, guidance, and support
  • Key stakeholder in implementation of GMC in partnership with IT
  • Manage any users of the platform and responsible for training all users of GMC
  • Identify, test and implement new strategies to improve click through, open, and conversion rates through A/B testing, dynamic content and other proven measurement processes
  • Work in partnership with the IT team to ensure the GMC has all critical data and features it needs to support the desired customer journeys
  • Operate in the GMC daily to build new journeys, update existing journeys, design emails, design templates and deploy journey communications via email and other online and offline channels
  • Utilizing best practices in leveraging the GMC to develop cross-channel customer & independent business owner journeys, set-up rules based creative messaging, develop and monitor testing scenarios and regularly surface business analytics and insights to stakeholders regarding email/SMS campaigns. This includes implementing life-cycle strategies, marketing automation, user segmentation and leveraging dynamic/triggered messaging to optimize campaign responsiveness
  • Work in partnership with all department stakeholders for all campaigns: design, target criteria selection, list management, deploy management and campaign health monitoring
  • Ensure reporting automation and accuracy, timeliness of reports available from directly managed the GMC
  • Assist with evaluating new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance
  • Edit HTML/CSS, run quality assurance on email coding languages and write personalization queries for email and SMS messages
  • Conceptualizes and articulates future state marketing automation models and roadmaps
  • Stay attune to the challenging email marketing channel, and contribute new ideas towards growth and optimization, as well as, best practices
  • Ensure all team members are included and appropriately engaged to get the job done, including the client and external resources. Advises appropriate Director when a client is outside of existing scope

POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior Internal Auditor will participate in financial, operational and compliance audits for Sunrider's operating units, including trading, manufacturing, and hotel.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Travels to all locations of Sunrider’s operation unit to perform the responsibilities.
  • Function as part of a team or operate independently as required.
  • Plan, participate or lead multiple and simultaneous risk-based audits, while maintaining departmental quality standards.
  • Communicate audit progress clearly, concisely and in a logical manner
  • Document and evaluate the adequacy of existing internal controls through the review of written procedures, interviews and audit tests.
  • Effectively complete the audit planning, fieldwork, work papers and reporting for integrated audit engagements; assess business/technology risks and the related controls and then provide practical, value-added remediation plans jointly created with business personnel; document observations and prepare comments, conclusions and recommendations.
  • Immediately reports significant findings which could adversely affect the Sunrider’s assets and/or reputation.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required

Experience and Skills

  • A minimum of 3 years internal audit experience in a public, corporate or government setting is required.
  • A comprehensive understanding of financial statements and related auditing techniques is required.
  • Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley, documenting internal controls, related processes and performing walkthroughs is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Experience in planning, leading, and completing internal audits consistent with professional standards, policies, and procedures is required.

The Associate Business Development Manager is a field-facing position responsible for field Development and Growth of the NEW IBO segment in North America by empowering Sunrider’s NEW Independent Business Owners to succeed in their businesses. Their primary responsibility will be Fast Start achievement and retention in Sunrider’s NEW Independent Business Owner segment in their first 90 days as well as support for the field at large. Through teamwork and collaboration with the Business Development Manager and key business stakeholders, the Associate Business Development Manager will drive programs that align with the company’s strategic vision. The Associate Business Development Manager will elevate the business acumen of our NEW Independent Business Owners to drive revenue for the company and compensation for the field at large.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Sunrider Manufacturing Open Positions

Under direction, individually, as an applications lead, or a member of a project team, identifies end user system requirements and evaluates software packages; designs, installs, tests and documents software applications for large, complex or specialty ERP systems such as Oracle EBS Systems. Assess business needs and formulating solutions through the use of Oracle EBS Systems and other applications; initiating and leading related projects; and providing day-to-day support of the Orcle EBS Systems.

The Safety Specialist role exists to provide Safety support for the manufacturing facility. This includes coordinating, administering and delivering existing Safety programs, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations and standards and monitoring and advising the Safety Team and the Plant Manager of necessary changes to the existing programs due to regulatory changes.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintains and updates the Injury & Illness Program.
  • Works with plant personnel including production, shipping, warehouse, maintenance, and office team members to ensure Safety issues are addressed promptly.
  • Leads and participates in Investigations related to Safety incidents and ensures follow-up actions to prevent re-occurrences are developed and carried out.
  • Supports Safety programs, monitors leading indicators and suggests areas for improvement. Assists in developing and achieving plant Safety goals.
  • Trains and coaches employees on Safety related standards, programs, and initiatives.
  • Maintains and reports Safety performance data, including injury and illness tracking (e.g. OSHA 300 Logs) for the plant.
  • Owns the facility Respiratory Protection, Ergonomics, Bloodborne Pathogens, PPE, Occupation Hazard Monitoring, Hearing Conservation, and other Safety programs.
  • Leads the Safety Meetings.
  • Owns the fire protection systems. Schedules and follows up on quarterly and annual inspections and corrective actions.
  • Ensures that compliance tasks and training are completed.
  • Provides and coordinates Safety training for new employees.
  • Leads & coordinates/participates in internal/external Safety audits.
  • Reviews and updates the site emergency plan and other Safety procedures.
  • Works closely and collaboratively with all related external agencies.
  • Participates in Quarterly Workers’ Compensation Management Reviews.
  • Serves as the plant site’s security coordinator.

Senior Finance professional who will be the finance leader for our key manufacturing facility in Midlothian, TX. Position reports in to the Plant GM with oversight of the Group CFO.

The ideal candidate will be extremely hands on, able to integrate into the existing environment, interact with other senior leaders, and provide financial leadership.

The position will oversee all financial functionality for the operation, including the following:

  • Financial and KPI reporting to management
  • Creation and monthly monitoring of financial forecasts

Directs and coordinates activities of production department in processing materials or manufacturing products within organization by performing duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Confers with management personnel to establish production and quality control standards, develops budget and cost controls, and obtains data regarding types, quantities, specifications, and delivery dates of products ordered.

  • Prepares operational schedules and coordinates manufacturing activities to ensure production and quality of products meet specifications.

  • Plans and directs production activities and establishes production priorities for products in keeping within effective operations and cost factors.

  • Revises production schedules and priorities as a result of equipment failure, operating problems, or order demands.

  • Coordinates production activities with procurement, maintenance, and quality control activities to obtain optimum production and utilization of human resources, machines, and equipment.

  • Reviews and analyzes production, quality control, maintenance, and operational reports to determine causes on nonconformity with product specifications, and operating or production problems.

  • Develops and implements operating methods and procedures designed to eliminate operating problems and continuously improve product quality.

  • Consults with maintenance personnel relative to modification of machines and equipment in order to improve production and quality of products.

  • Reviews production and operating reports and resolves operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays.

  • Inspects machines and equipment to ensure specific operational performance and optimum utilization.

  • With the Department Supervisors’ assistance, developes or revises standard operational and working practices and observes worker to ensure compliance with standards.

  • Resolves worker grievances.

  • Complies, stores, and retrieves production data.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Directly manages one Assistant Production Supervisor, six Production Supervisors, and one Senior Production Supervisor who supervise in the Packaging, Cosmetics, Encapsulating, Tea, Envelope, Sunbreeze, Grinding, Liquid Fill, NuPuff, Softgel, and Formulation Department. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Supervise the movement of import and export shipments

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Import –

  • Supervise the following work from Import clerk and make sure everything goes correctly, smoothly and in a timely manner.
    • Submit ISF information received from vendor to Customs Broker to File ISF.
    • Look for HTS (harmonized tariff schedule ) code and FDA Product code.
    • Submit import documentation received to the Customs broker.
    • Prepare a folder for shipment and ask for coversheet from manager.
    • Follow up with the Arrival Notice
    • Issue FDA prior notice for food items.
    • Follow up with broker for Customs clearance and freight releases.
    • Pay Pierpass
    • Arrange trucking company to pick up and deliver freight.
    • Inform Security Guard for off hours container drop.
    • Send a copy of Delivery Order and packing list to Warehouse.
    • The item description on confidential items on the packing list need to be translated to item number first.
    • Advise warehouse to keep freight intact for shipments not released by FDA yet.
    • Make sure the empty is picked up in a timely manner
    • Make sure the information on Entry Summary is correct
    • Provide a copy of Entry Summary to Accounting Manager
    • Provide monthly report for affiliate shipments to Accounting.
  • Confirm the HTS code and FDA Product code.
  • Enter information in Access Database and print out a Import Shipment Summary for Import Clerk to fill out.
  • Request from vendors for the special document required by the US Customs or FDA.
  • Request Sunrider Product label sample from Production if required by FDA
  • Make arrangement with FDA examiner to inspect the shipment
  • Review and approve invoices from forwarders and trucking companies.
  • Pay the demurrage on specific website.
  • Ask vendors to avoid certain forwarders if their charges is too high.
  • Monitor and negotiate the ocean freight for Singapore MFG.
  • Make sure the Shipper Owned Container is returned to requested depot.
  • Make sure all the Power of Attorney and Bond are up to date.
  • Serve as a backup for the import clerk
  • Make sure the US FDA Food Facility Registration status for all affiliate is updated and active.

Export –

  • Supervise the following work from Export clerk and make sure everything goes correctly, smoothly and in a timely manner.
    • Getting quotes and booking the export shipment with freight forwarder.
    • Attach Booking confirmation to Oracle and complete the required information.
    • Prepare Freight Sheet and add it to Oracle
    • Make sure Pierpass is claimed in time.
    • Arrange delivery of freight to port or to freight station
    • Prepare SED (Shipper's Export Declaration ) and let manager know which HTS code is missing
    • Modify invoice based on each country’s requirement
    • Send the export document to Forwarder
    • Send shipping advices to affiliates
    • Verify BOL draft
    • Make sure all the documents required are received.
    • Send shipping advices and BOL/AWB to affiliates via email
    • Send original document to affiliate via Fedex
    • Process all the DHL/Fedex shipments
    • Contact Hazmat specialist and coordinate with shipping department for hazmat shipments
  • Keep the contact list to each affiliate is updated
  • Keep the country requirement for each affiliate is clear and current
  • Introduce new forwarders to export clerk to try out.
  • Looking for a backup trucker. Negotiate the trucking rate.
  • Enter the missing HTS code in Oracle
  • Prepare labels for the confidential items and send them to Shipping Department
  • Prepare the Sales Order and modified invoice for Sunrider Vietnam
  • Review and approve invoices from forwarder and trucking company
  • Pay the demurrage on specific website.
  • Serve as a backup for the export clerk
